Microsoft monthview control 6.0 missing

Apr 24, 2013 Hi - I'm preparing an Excel spreadsheet that has a detailed travel itinerary, and want to include hyperlinks to web pages of interest. There's no problem copying and pasting the full web address (via Command-C and Command-V) into the Hyperlink dialog, and the web address turns blue, is underlined, and looks fine - but when you click on it. Conversation threading is better, with Outlook 2011 using the In-Reply-To and Reference fields in mail headers when deciding what messages belonged together in the Conversation views. Issues connecting to Exchange server when using a proxy server were fixed. For more information, see Description of the Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 14.3.9 Update.

Cannot locate the Internet server or Proxy Server Just updated to version Office 2011 ver 14.1.3 using Lion hoping this would be resolved. I still get the popup window when clicking on a hyperlink to a URL in an Excel Spreadsheet. The issue was simple, my app was not able to access internet from the Android Emulator. Initially I thought fixing the issue should have been straight forward, but life is not always that simple. So what was the real issue because of which my app was not able to access internet? There are multiple reasons because of which this issue could occur.

Mac

I am using MacOS Mohave 10.14, Safari 12.0, and MS Office for Mac 2011 14.7.7. When paste a website link into MS Word or MS Excel, then try the link, I get this message: 'Cannot locate the internet server or proxy server'. However if I copy this link from Excel and paste back into my browser, it connects to the website. YouTube links always work but any other place on the internet gives me this message. I see this inquiry on this Apple Community but see no remedy offered. Any fix would be appreciated.

Help

Received a Word file via email that contained embedded URL links that would not open in any of my installed browsers on my Mac. In researching the issue, I found a website that suggested opening the file in a Windows version of Word. While I have various flavors of Windows installed in Parallels and CrossOver, neither has a copy of Microsoft Word or a Word for Windows reader. I chose a different approach that worked.

I have been running the Microsoft 2011 Office Suite on my Mac since the latter part of 2010. While I no longer receive software upgrades for Office 2011, Word and the rest of the suite does what I need it to do.

Contemplating my options, I decided to see what would happen if I used LibreOffice to open and run the same Word file. That free solution worked like a charm! Clicking the embedded links using LibreOffice enabled me to open several Adobe PDF files in my browser without displaying the server error that greeted me when I used Word 2011 for Mac.
