Outlook For Mac Attachments Warning

I have a minor question and issue with regard to Outlook 2011 for Mac, recently I noticed that every time I attached any file (PDF, JPG, etc) while creating new mail in Outlook 2011, I am unable to open (preview) the attachment instantly. As a workaround, I have to hit the save button (or save as draft) first before I can preview the attachment. Therefore, to fix this Outlook for Mac not downloading attachments error, follow the step-by-step procedure as given below: Initially, choose the navigation pane and then, right-click on the account In the next step, click on the Properties option After that, click on the Empty Cache option.
Im using Outlook 2003 with XP. When I receive an e mail with an attachment and go to open the attachment I get a dialog box telling me that attachments can be harmful and am I sure I want to open it or save it. How Do I get rid of this warning? Its only happening with word and excell files. It doesnt happen when I open pdf files. Trying to save to my computer. I did discover i can right click on the unopened link to the attachment, which is kind of annoying since sometimes i can save an opened attachment and sometimes i don't have permission to save. 'WARNING! - This file my contain a virus that can be harmful to your computer. You must save this file to disk before it can be opened. It is imoprtant to be VERY certain that this file is safe before you open it.' Then the only option I have is to save it to disk. It's kind of annoying when you want to just double-click and open a document but you're required to save it to disk first.
It only does this with Office documents (.doc[x], .xls[x], .ppt, etc.). I no problems opening .pdfs, pictures, etc. Only office documents.
I've done some research and know about Level 1 attachments and Level 2 attachments. And I've flat out found out that this particular warning is displayed because it is in those extensions are in the Level 2 list, or it has something to do with Level 2 in Outlook.
But how do you get to these Level 2 attachment extensions and remove them so I can just open the documents directly? Is it a registry edit somewhere?
Not all computers here are having this problem. Only a few. They are all up-to-date with updates, all have the same updates, all running Office 2007. Any ideas?
